Kenzie WAS a poor waitress. Waited for ever for her to bring back our credit card So we could leave. She past us 3 times with it on her hand and just was to busy talking to a table of men.

I've always had a good time when I'm there. They have a game room that doubles as a comedy room on the right nights. Good food and polite staff.

Cayse gave us 5 star service! Sweetwater is amazing! The staff is incredible and our night was made! We will be back over and over again! The staff made sure we had a wonderful time and again we will be back! Glad we brought our friend from Canada here!!!

Good food, fun atmosphere, ok service.

Food was excellent. Waitstaff was impeccable. Met a colleague here to discuss business and was really respected when in conversation. Not too intrusive, yet my glass was never empty and food came out with everything needed. Very patient and understanding. Good place to meet up if you need something to eat and a place to chat.Would definitely come back.

Had to wait 15 min for a waitress to acknowledge we were there. Then after waiting for our drink order we were able to order our food. After waiting a half hour for our food the same waitress stopped by to see if we ordered food!! We said yes you took it half hour ago. She responded with the kitchen must have lost it, what did you order? We told her our order again, she checked the kitchen and said the kitchen is backed up and it will be another 10min which turned into 20mins. We did watch others around us get their food very quickly! Food was good but service was terrible

Good food and reasonable alcohol prices. My server was a cute blonde, who was friendly, and did a great job. Atmosphere is nice. All around good bar.

Great service and great food

Been wanting to try this place for a while and finally had a chance. We ordered nachos and a pizza to share and were not disappointed. We ended up having half the pizza leftover which gave us dinner for the next night. We would have liked to see our server a little more often to get drink refills but she may have been attending to the group in the next room. We will definitely come back again.

I want to give this place more stars because we think the food and atmosphere is great, but the wait time for pizza, wings, and cheese bread is beyond reasonable. We've come at 3 different times, and every time we have waited 30+ minutes for food from the time of ordering. When we questioned the server about the wait time she blamed the cook. Oh, we were only 2 of 10 total people so the wait time was not due to being busy but due to not being prepared to serve food after opening. Our server was nice and offered chips and salsa later while we waited.

Great place with many drink options. Friendly staff, great bar food. It's not a 5 star restaurant but does not claim to be. Give it a try and you will be happy

Better not to go

Didn't eat there but the kitchen was much cleaner than most and the staff were great. They seem like a fun bunch. Heck, the place might be TOO good for the girls I date. 🤠

If you ever want a good burger at a good price this is the place. Fish and chips are hard to stop eating. Relaxed atmosphere, casual dining. Try it out, you'll like it. Pat

Great bar. Pretty much everything you could want out of a bar. Good food, good beer, games and pool, sports on the TVs, outdoor seating. One of my favorite spots in the area

Good atmosphere... BUT hope the kitchen is cleaner than the bathroom, not the cleanest, service was slow, food was ok.....waitress quit and walked out before putting in our food order!

I always love coming to this place. It has expanded so much since I've been here last and I have to say I am very impressed. I would recommend coming here and getting the mini tacos and the cheesecake. They are both amazing!

I've driven by this place several times and always wanted to try it. I was glad I did. We stopped in after a soccer tournament so we were dressed bundled up. My daughter order a deep dish pizza that was huge. I ordered fish and chips which was pretty good. Great service and the atmosphere was cool.

The games were a little run down, but the beer on tap was the best I've seen in the area.

I arranged a few days in advance for a party of 30+ for an afternoon luncheon following a service at Great Lakes National Cemetery. I spoke with Jim, the manager, who was very accommodating and stated, if necessary, he would be available to help serve as it is a small establishment. Jim and our waitresses, Cayse and McKenzie, as well as the bartender, Janine, provided outstanding service. Cayse not only served the food but did so while also taking a ton of pictures and offering comfort when/where she felt it was needed. McKenzie and Jim picked up the slack smoothly. The food was delicious with more than generous sized portions. The nachos alone can easily feed two or more. Thank you Jim, Casey and the entire Sweetwater staff for making a difficult, sad day just a bit better!

Food was good. Service was just okay. They have the most filthy bathroom I have ever been in!

Went there only because it was close to my daughter's house. Had a new server, wish I could remember his name, he did excellent. Place was dirty. Sat in a booth, crumbs on the seat, floor was dirty. It was during a Detroit Lions game and the place was not busy. Ordered a Cuban. It was fair. I gave it a try. Probably won't be going back.

Took 15 minutes to get a waitress to take our drink order. Another 10 to get a drink. Asked how long a deep dish pizza would take and she rudely replied longer than normal because they had 40 people in the next room. Message received loud and clear; you’re too busy to have my business. Simply said we’d like to pay for the drinks and leave and the waitress asked if I’d like another drink first. Nope. Only gets two stars because the atmosphere was nice.

This is a great place to go and grab drinks and a bite after work. Late night appetizers are half off, which can be a meal and then some. Wait staff is always great.

I’ve been sitting waiting for my bill at the bar for 20+ minutes. Wallet out with my card on top, empty drink at the bar. No one has approached me, however I have heard a lot about some waitress not filling or making ranch and how they all won’t be filling other peoples job requirements as well as other non work conversations. This is the second bad experience here in a month. I used to like this place. Now I won’t be returning. btw I wrote this am I’m still waiting...

It used to be a great spot. When for pizza and drinks last night. I think the pizza came as a frozen pizza from a box and the drinks tasted watered down.

Worst service ever. Been here probably 10 times and exactly the same everytime.
